Refund Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of many of the products on my website, returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted for natural soap bars, lotions, essential oil blends, or baked items unless there is a defect in the product that prevents the intended use of the product. As the products offered on this website are handmade from natural materials, minor defects and variations in color, texture and shape that do not prevent the product from being used as intended should be expected and anticipated and will not qualify for a return or refund. Please read the descriptions of the products carefully before purchasing.

For any undamaged and unused product, which is not listed as a consumable product, simply return the product with its included accessories and in its original packaging within 14 days of the date you received the product and I will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method and product availability.

Please note that the following products are NOT eligible for return: natural soap bars, lotions, essential oil blends, baked items, products which have been used or modified after purchase.

Warranty Conditions

When I receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from me, I will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If I am unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to me. I will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to me. A valid warranty claim would be for a product which, during expected use and under a reasonable time period of use, failed. The customer will be expected to contact me via email or text with photos of the defective product and a description of how the defect. Upon confirmation that the warranty claim has been accepted, the customer will have 14 days to ship the defective product to me at their own cost at which point the item will be repaired or replaced or refunded as deemed reasonable by me and the availability of the product in question.

All dates and times are subject to change due to unforeseen weather or events.​ Please confirm event date, location and time.

Only the person whose name is on the order will be able to pick up the order for a Customer Pickup. Photo ID and order confirmation are required.​

​

Due to the extreme heat of the summers here in Texas, I will not be attending Local Markets or offering Customer Pickup until the weather cools down this fall.

 

Shipping within the continental US will continue to be available.
